Stock tracking

If you sell physical goods and want to know how much stock you have left, stock tracking is available on Momentum and Apex.
When adding or editing a product, you can enter a starting quantity. As you create invoices for that product, BizOS reduces the quantity automatically, so your stock count reflects real sales without you having to update it by hand.
This makes it easier to notice when something is running low before you are caught off guard by a customer order you cannot fulfill.
Stock tracking works alongside the unlimited product count on Momentum and Apex, so there is no separate limit to worry about once it is turned on.
