Adding products and setting prices

If your business sells physical goods, setting up your products in BizOS makes invoicing faster since you can pull items directly onto an invoice instead of typing them out each time.

Go to Products and click Add Product. Give it a name, a price, and any other details you want to track, such as a description or a product code. Once saved, the product is available to select whenever you create a new invoice.

You can update a product's price at any time. This does not change past invoices, it only affects new invoices going forward.

Foundation includes up to 30 products. Momentum and Apex remove that limit entirely, along with adding stock tracking, covered in the next article.
