Importing products with a CSV file

If you already have a list of products in a spreadsheet, you can import it directly rather than adding each one by hand. This works the same way contact import does, and is available on Momentum and Apex.

Export your product list as a CSV file, then go to Products and choose Import. Match the columns in your file to fields like product name, price, and quantity if you are using stock tracking. Confirm the import once the columns line up correctly.

If any rows fail to import, for example a missing price, BizOS will tell you which rows had a problem so you can fix and re import just those.

This is usually the fastest way to get a full catalog into BizOS if you are switching over from a spreadsheet or another system.
