Tracking invoice status

Every invoice in BizOS has a status, so you always know where things stand without opening each one individually.

Sent means the invoice has gone out to your customer but has not been paid yet. Paid means payment has been recorded, either automatically through Paystack or manually if you received payment another way. Overdue means the due date has passed without payment.

Your invoice list shows status at a glance, and you can filter by status if you want to quickly see, for example, every overdue invoice that needs a follow up.

If a customer pays you outside of Paystack, for example by direct bank transfer, you can mark the invoice as paid manually so your records stay accurate.

Keeping an eye on overdue invoices regularly is one of the simplest habits that keeps your cash flow predictable.
