Custom invoice prefix and branding

Last updated July 16, 2026

By default, BizOS numbers your invoices automatically and applies standard formatting. On Momentum and Apex, you can adjust this to better match how your business already operates.

You can set a custom invoice prefix, for example using your company initials so invoices read something like ABC-1001 instead of a generic number. You can also set a default VAT rate and default due days, so you do not need to adjust these every time you create a new invoice.

Your logo and business details already appear on every invoice regardless of plan, but Momentum and Apex give you more control over the finer details of how the invoice is formatted.

These settings live under Invoicing in your account settings, and once set, they apply automatically to every new invoice you create.
