Common automation recipes

Once you understand the basics, a handful of automations tend to be useful for most businesses. These are a good starting point.
Tag new leads automatically. Trigger on Contact Added, then add a tag so you can filter and follow up later.
Follow up on overdue invoices. Trigger on Invoice Overdue, then send an email reminder to the customer, or add a tag so your team knows to reach out personally.
Welcome new customers. Trigger on Invoice Paid for a customer's first invoice, then send a thank you email.
Move a deal forward automatically. Trigger on a specific pipeline stage change, then send an internal notification or update a tag so the right person knows to act.
You do not need all of these at once. Start with whichever one solves a real annoyance you already have, and build from there.
