Staff payroll and PAYE setup

If you have staff, BizOS handles payroll and PAYE calculation for you. This article covers the setup itself. For how PAYE is calculated, see the staff payroll and PAYE article in Tax and Compliance.

Go to Settings and find Staff. Add each staff member with their basic salary. BizOS applies the current PAYE bands, the pension deduction, and rent relief where applicable, automatically.

Once staff are set up, you can run a pay run for the period, and BizOS generates payslips for each staff member. Payslips can be emailed directly from BizOS.

Foundation includes up to 5 staff members. Momentum raises that to 10 and adds payslip email delivery. Apex removes the staff limit entirely.
