Creating your account and choosing a plan
Last updated August 26, 2026
Signing up for BizOS takes a few minutes. Go to app.ai1team.com and start the signup flow. You will be asked for basic details about you and your business, and you will need to add a card before your trial starts. This is not a charge. It is how the trial converts into a subscription automatically when the 14 days are up, so your account does not lose access partway through a busy week.
You will be asked to choose a plan during signup. Foundation, Momentum, or Apex. It is worth picking based on where your business is today rather than where you expect to be in a year. You can change plans later without losing any of your data, so this is not a permanent decision.
If you are a very small operation just getting your contacts and invoices organized, Foundation is usually enough to start. If you have a small team, need more room for contacts and invoices, or want to send email from your own business address instead of a default BizOS address, Momentum tends to fit better. If you plan to use BizOS to support a loan application or want every limit removed entirely, Apex is built for that.
Once you confirm your plan, your account is created immediately and your 14 day trial begins. You will get a reminder email 3 days before the trial ends, so there are no surprises.
Right after your account is created, you will see a short survey before you land on the dashboard. It asks for your company name, which is required, plus a few optional questions about your industry, company size, what you intend to use BizOS for, and how you heard about it. You can skip everything except the company name if you want to get straight to work.
If you are unsure which plan is right, start with Momentum. It is the plan most businesses land on, and you can always adjust once you see how you actually use BizOS.
