Bulk contact actions

If you need to update a lot of contacts at the same time, bulk actions save you from doing it one by one. This feature is available on Momentum and Apex.

From your contact list, select the contacts you want to act on by checking the box next to each one, or select all if you want to apply an action to your entire list. Once you have a selection, you can add a tag, send an email, move contacts to a pipeline stage, or delete them.

Bulk email is useful when you want to reach a group of customers at once, for example everyone tagged as a lead from a specific campaign. Bulk tagging is useful for organizing your list after an import.

Deleting contacts in bulk cannot be undone, so it is worth double checking your selection before confirming.

If you are on Foundation and need this feature regularly, it is one of the clearer reasons to move up to Momentum.
