Plan comparison: Foundation, Momentum, and Apex

Last updated August 26, 2026

BizOS has three plans. Foundation, Momentum, and Apex. All three include the core of BizOS. Contacts, invoicing, tax reporting, and automations. What changes between them is how much room you have and which additional features are included.

Foundation costs 29 dollars a month. It includes 1,000 contacts, 100 invoices a month, 10 pipelines with up to 5 stages each, 5 staff members with payroll and PAYE, and 5 automations. Products are limited to 30. Email is sent from a default BizOS address, custom SMTP is not included. Tax reporting includes a full Tax Summary report and a VAT report. Invoice branding is standard, without a custom invoice prefix. Support is community and email based.

Momentum costs 59 dollars a month and is our most popular plan. It includes 10,000 contacts, 500 invoices a month, unlimited pipelines and stages, 10 staff members with payroll, PAYE, and payslip email delivery, and 20 automations. Products are unlimited and include stock tracking. Custom SMTP is included, so you can send from your own business email, along with a rich email composer for templates and attachments. Bulk contact actions and CSV import for both contacts and products are included. Tax reporting adds the WHT tracker alongside VAT and the full Tax Summary. Paystack payment collection is included, along with a custom invoice prefix, default VAT rate, and default due days. Support is priority email.

Apex costs 99 dollars a month. Contacts, invoices, pipelines, stages, staff, automations, and products are all unlimited. Apex includes everything in Momentum, plus the Creditworthiness Dashboard with your Financial Health Score, a bank ready financial report exportable as PDF or CSV with a shareable secure link, and advanced automation conditions and branching. Apex also includes white glove onboarding and priority support.

BizOS also offers annual billing alongside the standard monthly billing already described above. Paying annually costs 2 months less than paying monthly for a full year, which works out to Foundation at 290 dollars a year, Momentum at 590 dollars a year, and Apex at 990 dollars a year, instead of paying the monthly rate 12 times.

The same 14 day free trial applies whether you choose monthly or annual billing, so trying BizOS out works exactly the same either way.

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from Settings, then Billing, using the same billing management link already used for changing plans.

All three plans include a 14 day free trial, with a card required upfront to start. You will get a reminder email 3 days before your trial ends. There is no permanent free tier on any plan.
